DELIVERY

After receiving your order, NATSOG DORJE SP. Z O.O. will process your order. The items that are in stock will be delivered directly. Should the unexpected occur that, despite the words “in stock”, the product is not available (this might occur in the exceptional case of two equal orders), we will contact you.

 Please bear in mind that this process is personalized for each order so please be patient if we don’t respond immediately. Depending on the hour of the day that we receive your request and the volume of work we have in that particular moment, we may take up to 24 hours to respond.

You will be informed about the expected delivery, or maybe you have seen an alternative product. If an item is not deliverable right away, than you will be informed by email about the expected delivery time. 

Did you ordered a wrong item or you want something else? 

No problem, if the package isn’t send yet, you can cancel your order. Send an email to workshop@natsogdorje.com

Shipping methods

Your order will be packed with the utmost care and sent to your specified delivery address within five business days. The shipment will be handled by Poczta Polska Spółka Akcyjna and will be sent by registered mail. You can track your order with a Track and Trace-number that you automatically receive by email from us. 

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the deliveryman can deliver the parcel to your neighbours or to a pick-up point in your area. In some cases the parcel will be offered again the next working day. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this.

We cannot give an indication of the delivery time.

Holidays

Due to public holidays, you must take into account a longer processing time in order to avoid any disappointment. We will communicate via our webshop when we are closed.

Duties and taxes

Please note: For orders shipped to an address outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be possible when shipping to the specified delivery address. You are responsible for paying these import duties and taxes. We would like to point out that NATSOG DORJE SP. Z O.O. has no control over these costs and, because these differ per country, NATSOG DORJE SP. Z O.O. cannot predict the amount.
